Good evening Scouts and Families,

It’s that time of year again. We are starting to prepare for Popcorn Season and cannot wait to share all the great information for this years selling with you.

We will be having our Popcorn Kick Off meeting Tuesday September 17th so please make sure your scout attends and parents are welcome too.

Until then, there are three things you and/or your scout can start thinking about.

1. Get your scout to log into and download the Trails-End app. This app will let them track their orders, send emails out, take credit cards and also sign up for selling booths.
2. A form was set out through troopnews email. If your scout wants to have popcorn in hand for opening weekend of popcorn sales, please fill out the form and hand it in this week or at next weeks meeting. Please note the day and time for popcorn pick up. Friday, September 20th from 2pm-5pm is the only time available for scouts to pick up popcorn before selling starts on September 21st.
3. I am looking for two parents to help volunteer their time to assist during popcorn season. This would include finalizing selling booths, help with distribution of orders, help with set up and break down of selling booths and collecting final orders/payments.
